Prof. Qamar Akhtar Kazmi Gives Back to Her Alma Mater, Donates 16 Lakh More to JNMC
Aligarh, August 31: In a noble gesture of gratitude and commitment to her alma mater, Prof. Qamar Akhtar Kazmi (Retd.), former Dean, Faculty of Unani Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has donated an additional Rs.16 lakh towards the construction of special wards at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), AMU.
The latest contribution takes Prof. Kazmi’s total donation to Rs. 47 lakh, dedicated to the construction of four special wards at JNMC. Her continued support reflects not only her deep emotional connection with the University but also her commitment to strengthening healthcare facilities for the benefit of patients and the wider community.
Having herself served the University with distinction, Prof. Kazmi’s contribution represents a meaningful act of “giving back” to the institution that has been an integral part of her professional journey.
