 Short-Short-Term Teachers’ Training Program for Madrasa Teachers

One week Teachers’ Training Program for Madrasa Teachers was organized by Al-Qalam Foundation in

collaboration of School Education Trust for Disadvantaged from February 27 to March 5, 2022. The

program was concluded on the Valedictory Function in the evening of March 5, 2022. There were 50

trainees of Madrasa teachers including 6 female candidates.

Mr. Mohd. Fuqan, Mayor of Aligarh was the chief guest of the event. He addressed the audience and

applauded the effort of Al-Qalam Foundation in enhancing the quality of teachers of Madaris.

Prof. Qazi Mazhar Ali (Department of statistics of AMU) presided over of the function

Mr. Latafat Husain (Director of Roshan Group’s Mughal Height) was the Guest of Honour. He provided

the all possible help to organize the weeklong event. The program was conducted by Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad

as per schedule given below. It was started with Tilawat-e-Quran of Qari Shoeb Alam (Amroha) and

finished at Dua of Maulana Mohammad Ramzan (Sadabad). The Certificates to the trainees were

distributed by different dignitaries.

The trainees were also invited to speak and express their views about the training program. All of them

were highly satisfied and expressed their desire to start teaching in their Madrasas according to

Combined Teaching Methodology of Model Madarsa System.
