ALIGARH MANDAL SE HAJ JANE WALON KI HAJ TRAINING

First camp Aligarh Muslim University ke tareekhi kennedy Hall mein Haj Trainer Haji Taufeeq Ahmad sb ne munaqid kiya. Ramzan ke maheene se hi online tarining dete chale aa rahe Taufeeq sb ne Vedio Film ke zariye tamam hazreen ko barrhi aasan tareeqe se Delhi se Flight--Madeena mein 40 namazen parhne ki ehmiyat batayeen.

--Makkah Shareef mein 7, 8 Zilhijja ki darmiyani raat mein  do rakat Namaz Nifil EHRAAM parh kar bandh len

--Haji ki niyat aur TALBIA 3 bar parhen

--8 Zilhijja ko Minah mein 5 Namazen Zuhar, Asar, Maghrib, Ishan aur Fajar parhen

--9 zilhijja ko ARAAFAT mein zawal ke baad waqoof aur Zuhar w Asar ki Namaz Parhen

--9 aur 10 ki darmiyani raat mein MUZDALFA mein Maghrib aur Ishan ek Azaan ke baad mushtarka mila kar parhen aur subeh Sadiq ke baad Fajar ki namaz, phi Waqoof e Muzdalfa aur yaheen se 72 Kankariyan chun len

--10 zilhijja ko Minaa mein bheerh kam ho jane par RAMI-side se Barhe Shaitan ko 7 kankariyan marden. Yeh arkan RAMI Ishan ke baad bhi kar sakte hain.

 -- 11th Tareekh ki Rami ka waqt zawal ke baad shuru hota hai. Aaj bhi Ishan ke baad Rami kar sakte hain,

Subeh sadiq se pehle pehle aur raat ko taqreeban 1 baje Tawafe Ziyarat ke liye MAKKAH MUKARRAMA jaen.

TAWAF E ZIYARAT ke pehle 3 chakkaron mein RAMAL karen aur Tawaf se fargh hokar 2 rakat Namaz parhen. Phir SAI karen SAFAH se Marwa 1 chakkar, Marwah ze Safah doosra Chakkar, dua mangen aur 4th Kalma parhte 7 chakkar lagaen. - --12 tareekh ko RAMI ka waqt zawal ke baad shuru hota hai. Aaj ki RAMI bhi Maghrib ya Ishan ke baad bhi kar sakte hain.

Subeh sadiq se pehle pehle MAKKA MUKARRAMA aa jaen

MAKKAH se aakhri Rukhsati ke waqt TAWAFE WIDA karen aur 2 RAKAT NAMAZ parhen.

--Is TAWAF mein RAMAL N KAREN aur is ke baad Sai bhi n karen.

HEALTH TIPS BY PROFESSOR FS SHEERANI

Sheerani sb ne bataya ki Musabbat Soch, Honsla, Allah par bharosa kar ke ghar par Dua kar Safar shuru karden. Aaj se 4-5 kilometer tehalna shuru karden kyonki wahan bahut zyada paidal chalna parhega. Zam Zam zyada se piyen aur Haj ke 5 dinon mein muraghghan, bharpet Diet n khaen taki bar bar Baitukhala ki hajat n ho. ZoodHazam halka phulka khana khaen.

Badam, Kishmish, Kajoo, Akhrot, Anjeer, Banana ka Milk shake to abhi se hi peena shuru karden aur wahan bhi khaen.

Sattoo, Biscuits, Chabena, Khajooor, Fruite  juice, sookhe mewe aur paani ki bottle har waqt saath rakhen.

Note-Apne family Dr. Se rozana khane wali dawaen Prescription ke saath le jaen. Koi syrup n le jaen joki mamnoon hain.

Normal ZamZam piyen, Chilled peene se gale mein kharash, Nazla Zukam hone ka khatra rehta hai.

Haj ke doran bheerh mein chalne ke tips bhi diye. Girne par karwat se let kar, ghutne pet se milaen aur Head ko jhuka kar hath se bachaen to nuqsan kam hoga.
