The Closing Ceremony of the Inter Faculty tournament which was started as part of International Women’s Day celebrations held today at NMAKP Sports Complex, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI).
Prof. Waseem Ahmad Khan, Director, Games & Sports and Convener of the tournament welcomed the Chief Guest Prof. Nazim Husain Al-Jafri, Registrar, JMI, Guest of Honours Prof. Mini Shaji Thomas, Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Prof. Ravinder Kumar, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences and other dignitaries with mementos and saplings.
Prof. Nazim Husain Al Jafri, appreciated the hard work and sincere efforts of the Games & Sports Department for successfully organising the Inter faculty tournament.
The Registrar gave away Winner and Runners up trophies to the winning and runner-up teams.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by the Director, Games & Sports.
