Hon’ble Vice-President of India to be the Chief Guest

MI to hold Centenary Year Convocation on 23^rd July,2023 at Vigyan Bhawan

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) will hold its Centenary Year Convocation on 23^rd July, 2023  for students who passed out in the Academic Years 2019 and 2020 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar has very kindly consented to be Chief Guest of the Convocation.

 

The online registration to participate in the Convocation has started on 5^th July and the last date to register on the portal is 12^th July, 2023. All passed out students of the Academic Years 2019 and 2020 are requested to register themselves by providing the requisite information on the given link http://events.jmi.ac.in .

 

Prof. Najma Akhtar (Padma Shri), Vice Chancellor, JMI said it is a matter of great pride that the university is holding Centenary Year Convocation. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the university could not organize it. I congratulate all successful students who will be getting degrees and diplomas and I request all of them to register themselves to participate in the Convocation.
