AMU Faculty Member Judges Poster Session at SPARC National Conclave

ALIGARH, March 14:Dr.Mayuresh Kumar, faculty member in the Department of Foreign Languages, Aligarh Muslim University, served as a judge for the poster presentation session and chaired a technical session at the SPARC National Conclave 2026 held at the IIT Kharagpur Research Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata.

The two-day conclave was organised by the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur as the National Coordination Centre for the Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC), Ministry of Education, Government of India. The event brought together nearly 400 faculty members, researchers, and students from universities and research institutions across the country along with international collaborators.

As part of the academic programme, Dr. Kumar evaluated research posters presented by scholars involved in SPARC projects and chaired a technical session that facilitated discussions on collaborative research outcomes and future directions.

Two research scholars from AMU, Harsh Chaudhary and Javed Khan, working under Dr. Kumar’s supervision, also presented their research posters at the conclave and interacted with scholars from various institutions.

Prof. Aftab Alam, Dean, Faculty of International Studies, AMU, congratulated Dr. Kumar and his research scholars for representing the university at the prestigious national academic platform and contributing to discussions on international research collaboration.
