It is a matter of great pride that BOL- The Debating Society of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) team represented by Sudeep Krishna, BA.LLB, Faculty of Law and Priyanshu Chauhan, MA Human Rights, Department of Political Science secured the top position in the All India Shri Nandlal Gadiya Memorial National Debate Competition 2023 organized by Mewar University , Rajasthan. The team ended up being the Best Team of the competition with highest point in the English category.
The Hindi Team represented by Ghazala Shaheen and Syed Faizan Mursil also received the Commendation Award in the debate competition.
The competition was conducted in two rounds and over 300 Participants from across the country participated in it.
JMI Vice Chancellor Prof. Najma Akhtar congratulated the winning team members and wished them good luck for their future endeavours.
