20 AMU Students Secure International Placements in Dubaiox
As many as 20 students of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) have secured international job placements in Dubai following an International Campus Placement Drive organised by the Training and Placement Office (General) in collaboration with the TPO, University Polytechnic (Boys).
The selected students, all Diploma in Engineering trainee engineers from the University Polytechnic (Boys), have been offered placements with Sobha Constructions, a leading Dubai-based multinational construction company, for positions at its Dubai location.
After a series of assessments, the selected students include Somdutt Singh, Ali Nawaz Khan, Md Abid Ali, Mohd Atif, Saim Khan, Mohd Faisal, Md Ashraf, Ghulam Sarwar, Mohammad Musheer, Junaid Jeelani, Mohd Sahil, Mohammad Ali Shan Wali, Ismail Israr, Mohsin Khan, Rizwan Ahmad, Mohd Faisal, Mohd Shoeb, Farhan Ahmad and Mohd Shahzeb. Nakul Singh, a B.Voc student, was also selected, informed Mr Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer (General), AMU.
Highlighting the achievement, Mr Saad Hameed said that the international placements reflect the dedication, perseverance and technical competence of the students, as well as the strong academic and practical foundation provided by AMU.
